Day One: Bunny

Female
Spay
American Bulldog
1 year 7 months

Bunny is an almost 2 -year-old sweetheart with a bright spirit and a whole lot of love to give! This energetic girl is always ready for adventure – whether it’s running around the yard or going for a brisk walk (though she’s still learning that the leash isn’t for pulling!).

She’s friendly and social, doing well with other dogs so far, though she hasn’t met any cats yet. Bunny isn’t the biggest fan of car rides just yet, but with a little patience and positive experiences, she’s sure to come around.

If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and active companion who’ll keep you smiling and moving, Bunny might just be the perfect match!

Day Two: Kristi

Female
Spay
English Spot Rabbit
5 months

Kristi is a 5-month-old spayed female English Spot who was born and raised in our care. Like her siblings, she’s grown up surrounded by love and attention, but she’s naturally a bit more reserved and takes time to build trust with new people and environments.

With patience and gentle handling, Kristi’s sweet and curious personality shines through. She enjoys quiet spaces where she can observe before hopping over to say hello. Once she feels comfortable, she begins to relax and show her affectionate side.

Kristi may benefit from the companionship of another calm rabbit, introduced slowly and thoughtfully. She enjoys fresh greens – especially lettuce – and the occasional carrot as a treat.

If you’re looking for a calm, sensitive bunny who will blossom with time and care, Kristi would make a wonderful addition to your home.

Day Three: Danny

Male
Neutered
Domestic Shorthair Cat
2 years 1 month

Danny is a 2-year-old male cat with a strong personality and a charmingly confident presence. He’s a bit of a bossy boy who prefers to take the lead, but he can do well with a calm, passive female cat after a proper and slow introduction.

Danny is food-motivated and doesn’t like to share his meals – he can be food aggressive with other animals – so separate, timed feedings are best for him. He should also be monitored closely, as he’s known to eat random objects when given the chance!

He would do best in a home with respectful children aged 10+ who understand his boundaries and confident nature.

If you’re looking for a cat with a bold spirit, big heart, and a touch of sass, Danny might just be your perfect match – as long as he gets his meals on time!

Day Four: Pilot

Male
American Bulldog
1 years 7 month

Pilot is a 1.7-year-old American Bulldog mix who’s looking for a patient, understanding home to help him build confidence. He can be nervous at first, but once he gets to know you, his affectionate and loyal side shines through.

He does show some barrier frustration and mild reactivity, so he’ll need an adult-only home with experienced owners who can provide calm leadership, structure, and positive reinforcement. Pilot is selective with other dogs, so a meet and greet is required with any resident dogs. He has not yet been cat tested.

Pilot is still learning his boundaries and basic manners, but with consistency, training, and patience, he’ll continue to make great progress.

If you’re looking for a dog with heart, drive, and the potential to thrive under the right guidance, Pilot might just be the perfect match for you.

Day Five: Gertrude

Female
Spayed
Domestic Shorthair
10 years 10 months

At 10 and a half years old, Gertrude knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to tell you. Independent, confident, and food-loving, she’s looking for a cat-savvy human who respects her boundaries. She’s not into chaos, cuddles-on-demand, or competition-Gertrude wants to be your one and only, enjoying affection on her terms and regular mealtimes (she’ll remind you if you forget).

This sassy queen is also on a weight-loss journey and needs a committed adopter to help her stay on track. Portion-controlled meals, light activity, and routine vet-approved care will keep her comfortable and healthy. A quiet, adult-only home with no other pets will give her the peaceful kingdom she deserves.

Gertrude may not be a lap cat, but once she chooses you, her loyalty and unique personality will shine. If you’re looking for a companion with character, confidence, and plenty of sass, Gertrude might just be your perfect match. Bonus-she qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors program!

Day Six: Breaker & Zap

Female/Female
Spayed/Spayed
Domestic Shorthair/Domestic Shorthair Mix
2 years 5 months/6 years 10 months

The electricians came from a tough living situation and have been waiting patiently for their chance to find furever homes. They can be very shy and reserved with new people but are very sweet cats once they trust you. They will need patience and understanding while they adjust to their furever homes. Due to their past, the electricians MUST be adopted to homes as pairs OR to a home with another outgoing feline friend. Staff is more than happy to talk with potential adopters about their medical needs as well as go into more detail about their past during a meet and greet.

Breaker is very shy girl who is looking for a quiet, adult only home. She prefers the company of her feline friends over that of humans. She loves to play with her feline friends and always enjoys a cozy hidey bed.

Zap is a shy girl looking for an adult only home. She enjoys head pets once she knows you. She loves to curl up in a cozy bed or on top of a cat tree. Zaps favourite toy is a fun ball tower and a cardboard scratcher.

Day Seven: Kit

Male
Neutered
English Spot
5 months

Kit is a 5-month-old neutered male English Spot who was born and raised in our care. Until recently, he lived with two of his siblings and has done well in social settings. With a proper and gradual introduction, Kit would likely adjust well to living with another rabbit companion.

He is a bright and curious young rabbit with a strong personality. Kit enjoys interacting with people and exploring his surroundings. When he’s feeling expressive, he’s known to give a few well-timed thumps to make his feelings known.

Kit’s favorite treats include fresh lettuce and the occasional carrot. He would thrive in a home that can offer him daily enrichment, space to explore, and plenty of gentle attention.

If you’re looking for a confident, engaging companion with plenty of character, Kit may be the perfect addition to your family.

Day Eight: Sho

Female
Spayed
Domestic Shorthair/Torbie Mix
1 year 2 months

Sho is a 1-year-old female cat with a charming personality and refined tastes – especially when it comes to her meals. She’s a devoted fan of Whiskas and prefers her dining routine just the way she likes it.

Sho can be a little particular with other cats, so a slow and gentle introduction is key if she’s joining a multi-cat household. Once she feels comfortable, her sweet and curious nature starts to shine.

One of Sho’s favorite pastimes? Catnip time! She absolutely loves it and can’t resist rolling, purring, and showing off her playful side.

If you’re looking for a graceful, affectionate cat with a dash of personality and a love for the finer things in life, Sho is the perfect companion.

Day Nine: Enid

Female
Spayed
Domestic Shorthair/Mix
3 years 2 months

Enid is a striking black cat with a bold spirit and a mind of her own. She’s independent, confident, and full of character-definitely not your average house cat. Enid prefers to be the only feline in the home, as she’s not a fan of sharing her space or her humans.

She would do best in a calm environment with older kids (12+) who can respect her boundaries and recognize when she’s had enough attention. Enid can get overstimulated at times, but with a patient and understanding adopter, she’ll show her softer side on her own terms.

She’s also a bit picky with her meals, but that’s just part of her charm-Enid knows what she likes and expects her people to keep up!
If you appreciate cats with confidence, attitude, and a touch of mystery, Enid might just be your perfect match.

Day Ten: Junior

Male
Neutered
Retriver, Labrador/Bulldog, American
1 year 8 months

Junior is a 1.5-year-old American Bulldog mix with a goofy smile and a heart full of love. While he can be a little unsure at first, once he gets to know you, his sweet and affectionate side shines through.

Junior is still learning his leash manners and can be a strong puller, so he’ll need an adopter who can provide him with consistent guidance and training. He isn’t the biggest fan of other dogs and has unfortunately failed his cat test. Junior is very high energy and is still working on his spatial awareness so he is best suited to a home without young children.

What Junior truly wants is a person he can bond with-someone patient and willing to help him grow into the confident companion he’s meant to be. In return, he’ll reward you with loyalty, love, and plenty of charm.

If you’re looking for a dog who will thrive with structure and affection, Junior may just be your perfect match!
